The fasteners and components are made of stainless steel, with the cone / end cap of reinforced polyamide. The gases evacuation system is direct fire with the addition of mineral fibres for improved retention of sound. The product perfectly satisfies the standards EURO 3 comprising noise tests (e9) and emission (e5) by installing the optional catalyst specially designed for the occasion.

  • ● The AFR Controller is a very easy to install box, it comes complete with everything you need to connect it to your stock wire harness and the wires from the controller are made long enough mentioned to install it in your hand gloves box. The stock ECU is programmed for economy with an Air Fuel Ratio of 14.7 which is really to high in combination with tuned engines, high lift camshafts etc... 14.7:1 means 14.7 parts of air, to 1 part of fuel. We recommend an AFR at high load of 12.6 where you get the highest flame speed, with a maximum of 13.2:1 With the AFR Controller you can manually correct and control the amount of fuel at WOT with a very easy turn on the red and yellow buttons and the injector will respond in a same way like you would install a larger main jet in a carburetor. Keep in mind that your injector shouldn't be to large to start with because more fuel is possible, but less as the ECU would inject stock is with this controller not possible. This controller doesn't remove the RPM limit. If you turn the red botton to the right, then you will add fuel and change also the ignition timing, and with the yellow button you do some fine tuning (only in the light correction scheme). On the Dyno test bench you will see that you will have more power then, a stronger curve, and the most important you will know then that you are safe and will avoid engine damage....

  • The A-type High Performance Fuel Injector is slightly taller, and wider as your genuine B-type eSP fuel injector, and this powerfull injector set can be installed in many new generation bikes like MSX/GROM125, PCX125 eSP (V2), PCX150, SH150i ABS, new LEAD125 eSP, or Click125i eSP if you have the correct A-type manifold for it. This injector can't be installed on a stock 125cc and is recommended to install on +160cc cylinder kits. This injector need to be installed in combination with the 31mm throttle body and 17111-KZY-031A manifold set.

It promotes better fuel atomization, results in smoother throttle response and better overall performance.

  • This 23100-KWN-000 version is the shorter version from the Gates Powerlink V-belt, and if you install this version on a first generation PCX150 (2012-2014) you will actually be able to gain a slightly higher top speed, which is different compared to a new 2014 PCX125/150 or a second generation PCX125 where the top speed will remains the same.

  • warning If you install the INERTIA POWER BOOSTER on a 150 engine like PCX150 or a SH150i ABS, then make sure you install some washers between the radiator otherwise the fan on top of your INERTIA POWER BOOSTER will touch the radiator and make damage!
