  • This double valve spring conversion set is mentioned to convert the genuine, single valve spring head in to a head with double progressive valve springs to avoid the floating valves.

  • This A-type High Performance Fuel Injector Combo is really the perfect set for engine tuners who want to balance the air fuel ratio on their bike with the eye on a powerfull and cool running engine. Both injectors from this combo are plug&play on a first generation PCX125, but if you want to install this combo on a later B-type fuel injection bike, then keep in mind that you need a B- to A-type wire loom and a A-type manifold for it (both are available on the Yuminashi Direct Sales website)... The A-type injector is slightly taller, and wider as your genuine B-type eSP fuel injector, and this powerfull injector set can be installed in many new generation bikes like MSX/GROM125, PCX125 eSP (V2), PCX150, SH150i ABS, new LEAD125 eSP, or Click125i eSP/Vario Techno 125 if you have the correct A-type manifold for it. This injector combo can't be installed on a stock 125cc and is recommended to install on +164cc cylinder kits. The injectors need to be installed in combination with the 31mm throttle body and 17111-KZY-031A manifold set. The wire loom which comes with the set will make it possible to make the connection between the A-type injector and your stock B-Type wire harness.

  • This injector is a B-Type injector which is the very same type of injector as your stock MSX/GROM125 or PCX/SH/VARIO TECHNO injector with as difference that this 10-Holes Big Bore injector is a higher capacity, higher flow injector compared to your stock 6 holes one. This injector is plug&play in your stock manifold and connects to your bike wihout a wire loom. The 10-holes big bore injector comes stock with the Yuminashi 164cc Ultimate Kit for MSX/GROM125 and 196cc kit for PCX/SH/VARIO TECHNO because it allows to maintain a duty cycle that does not push the limits of the stock 125cc injector and this ensures that throughout the RPM range the AF ratio never leans out and causes engine damage. It promotes better fuel atomization, results in smoother throttle response and better overall performance.

  • ● The AFR Controller is a very easy to install box, it comes complete with everything you need to connect it to your stock wire harness and the wires from the controller are made long enough mentioned to install it in your hand gloves box. The stock ECU is programmed for economy with an Air Fuel Ratio of 14.7 which is really to high in combination with tuned engines, high lift camshafts etc... 14.7:1 means 14.7 parts of air, to 1 part of fuel. We recommend an AFR at high load of 12.6 where you get the highest flame speed, with a maximum of 13.2:1 With the AFR Controller you can manually correct and control the amount of fuel at WOT with a very easy turn on the red and yellow buttons and the injector will respond in a same way like you would install a larger main jet in a carburetor. Keep in mind that your injector shouldn't be to large to start with because more fuel is possible, but less as the ECU would inject stock is with this controller not possible. This controller doesn't remove the RPM limit. If you turn the red botton to the right, then you will add fuel and change also the ignition timing, and with the yellow button you do some fine tuning (only in the light correction scheme). On the Dyno test bench you will see that you will have more power then, a stronger curve, and the most important you will know then that you are safe and will avoid engine damage....

  • This Big Tube Air Intake set comes with 1 universal lenght big air intake tube for the 31mm and 34mm Yuminashi PGM-FI throttle body with 1 solid stainless steel band clamp. This set can be installed on the PCX125 first generation and all 125cc and 150cc eSP air filters. To install the big air intake tube you need to remove the stock airfilter tube, modify your stock airfilter box to the size/diameter from the big intake tube, and cut the big intake tube on both sides based on the length you need for your install.

  • This Yuminashi nylon roller weight set which is produced at the PAYU company in Japan includes 6 roller weights (6x10gr.) and is a really nice value for money product! These rollers can be installed in all first generation HONDA PCX125 engines, and in all next generation HONDA eSP engines like: - HONDA PCX125 V2&V3 - HONDA PCX150 V1&V2 - HONDA SH125i ABS - HONDA SH150i ABS - HONDA VARIO TECHNO 125 - HONDA CLICK125i - HONDA LEAD125, etc... The 10gr roller weights can be used on stock 125cc and 150cc engines for city traffic or longer distances at top speed where the top speed will be higher as with your stock roller weights, and it will be easier to reach top speed each and every time once these are installed. With these 10gr roller weights the RPM's while driving at a very slow traffic jam speed are very well balanced. If you have a brand new 150cc engine in your bike, then the 10gr roller weights are the way to go, they will give you very good acceleration and you will able to reach top speed each and every time. If your engine is not that new again, and the compression is not anymore as what it was brand new, then the 9gr rollers will be a better option for you. If you are not sure which weights to use on your stock 125cc or 150cc engine, then a suggestion is to order 1 set with 8gr roller weights and 1 set with 10gr roller weights. With these 2 roller weight sets you can try 3 different combinations then which are 6x8gr, 6x10gr and a 3x8+3x10gr combination which would be a very good idea to do with a 125cc engine. If you have a 150cc engine, then it would be a good idea in your search for the right balance to order 1 set with 9gr rollers and 1 set with 10gr roller, like this you can also make a 3x9+3x10gr combination. If you have a stock 125 or 150cc engine you should not think about going heavier as 10gr roller weights.... If you have a 164cc kit or a higher cylinder displacement installed on your engine then you should use 12gr roller weights.
